"The existing five-year-old spray dryer at Waikato Innovation Park in Hamilton, NZ is operating at capacity and the projected growth of the sheep milk industry in New Zealand made building a new dryer a necessity," says Waikato Innovation Park chief executive Stuart Gordon.
He said the new dryer would be on line by June 2019.
